Confidence first

Senior-Focused Classes

A comfortable, practical class for older adults, families, and caregivers covering 911 calls, AED use, CPR options, choking, falls, and Narcan basics.

Course overview

A useful class without the pressure.

Not everyone can kneel on the floor or do every part of CPR, and that does not mean they cannot help. We talk through what is realistic, practice AED use and 911 calls, and focus on the things that can still make a difference.
